So first off. Sorry for the lack of updates last week. I was jam packed with meetings during our worldwide summit last week. But I’ll have PLENTY to talk about here over the next few weeks / months / (years!). Needless to say I’m charged up when even thinking about our lineup moving forward. I’d be understating it if I said people are going to be truly surprised at some of the things we have up our sleeve…but that’s for other posts here.
I’d like to give my sincere thanks to the product / marketing / design team over at CTL (Singapore headquarters for Creative). These are truly some of the most professional, hardworking and talented people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.
That being said. We’ll be continuing with our regular scheduled programming.
So I found it immediately satisfying somewhat that my previous post was validated. You know..the one where I said headsets were completely subjective? More so than most other products on the market. So I linked to the IGN article last blog and was talking about how the audio was rated as fantastic (9.2) but the comfort was found lacking. Now we have the Extremetech review which essentially states the complete opposite.
I think it illustrates the point quite well. You can’t make everyone happy (believe it or not there are people that DON’T LIKE vanilla ice cream as well!)
All I can say is we have lots of gamers, both pros and casuals using these in the wild and they are loving them (and a few that prefer others as well to be fair). But you take the criticism you get regardless and use it to keep building even better products going forward.
We’re excited to add the MKII to our lineup…we’re all about giving gamers options for whatever their need is. As we approach the end of the year…we’ll easily have the largest assortment of gaming headsets on the market. And we’re just getting started here.
As always…MUCH MORE coming!
